01Quotes and payments

Every project starts with a free written quote that lists the work, the price, the timeline, and the payment schedule.

Work begins once you accept the quote and pay the first payment stated in it. Remaining payments are due as set out in the quote.

Prices are in US dollars unless the quote says otherwise. Website prices listed on this site are starting prices; your quote is the final price.

02Scope and changes

We build what is described in the accepted quote. Requests outside that scope, such as new pages, features, or integrations, are quoted separately before we start them.

Timelines depend on you sending content, feedback, and approvals on time. Delays on your side may move the delivery date.

03Your content and responsibilities

You are responsible for the text, images, logos, and other content you give us, and for having the right to use them.

You are responsible for how your website or system is used after handover, including the accounts and passwords we give you.

04Ownership

Once the project is paid in full, you own the custom code, design, and content we made for your project. We hand over the source code, documentation, and admin access.

Third-party tools, libraries, fonts, and services stay owned by their providers and are used under their own licenses.

We may show your project in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

05Hosting and third-party services

Websites and systems run on third-party platforms such as Vercel, Netlify, Render, Railway, and payment providers like PayMongo, GCash, Stripe, and PayPal. Their fees, rules, and uptime are set by those providers.

Domain, hosting, and service fees are paid by you unless your quote says they are included.

06Support

Each project includes 1 to 3 months of technical support after launch, depending on your plan. Support covers fixing problems in the work we delivered.

New features and changes are not part of support and are quoted separately. Ongoing maintenance after the support period is available on request.

07Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel a project at any time by email. Work already completed up to that point is billable, and payments for completed work are not refunded.

If we cancel a project, we refund any payment for work we have not done.

08Liability

We build and test carefully, but we cannot guarantee that a website or system will be free of every error or always available, since it depends on third-party services.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project.

09Referral program

Referrals earn a 15% commission under these rules:

• You only earn a commission when the business you referred closes a deal with Semivra and pays us. No deal, no commission.
• Your 15% is based on the project fee the client actually pays us, not the quoted price. Third-party costs like domains, hosting, paid plugins, payment gateway fees, and taxes are not included.
• If the client pays in parts, you earn 15% of each payment once it clears. You get paid as we get paid.
• Commission is sent within 30 days after each client payment clears.
• If a client payment is refunded or charged back, commission is only owed on money we keep. Any commission already paid on a refunded amount is deducted from your future commissions.
• Commission applies to the first project the client signs within 12 months of your introduction. Later work, monthly fees, hosting, and maintenance are not included.
• The business must be new to us. If they already contacted us before your introduction, it does not count.

We decide whether a referral qualifies. We may change or end the referral program with notice on this site; changes do not affect commissions already earned.

10Privacy

When you use our contact form or email us, we collect the details you send: your name, email address, business name, the service you are interested in, who referred you, and your message.

We use these details only to reply to you, prepare your quote, and deliver your project. Contact form messages are delivered to us through EmailJS. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

We keep your details for as long as we are talking with you or working together, and as needed for our records. Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you can ask us to show, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing us.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

12Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. The terms in your accepted quote apply to your project.
